Support Group Program Coordinator

The Support Group Coordinator facilitates and oversees SASS’s support groups, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and constructive environment for participants. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries while supporting others.

Anticipated Start Date: Early June 2025.

Application Requirements:

  • Resume – Submit a current resume highlighting relevant experience in group facilitation, mental health, social work, community organizing, or related fields.
  • Written Responses – Answer the following questions in 2–3 paragraphs each:
    • Share a time when you had to set boundaries with a peer, co-worker, or client. How did you approach this? What does this reveal about your approach to boundary setting?
    • How do you recognize when you’re nearing your capacity? What steps do you take to preserve your well-being and prevent burnout?
