Survivor Access Coordinator

Program: Survivor Access Coordinator

Hours: 40 hours per week, including occasional weekend and evening hours

Compensation: starts at $25.90/hour+.50/hour language differential with full employer paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits and generous Personal Time Off policy.

Position Summary:  The Survivor Access Coordinator works to increase agency accessibility and expand survivor access to agency services. The SAC supports expansion of language services, including translation services and ASL interpretation. The SAC is also responsible for outreach and engagement with other communities that experience barriers to accessing services (such as rural, disabled, etc.) and works to expand agency capacity to serve all communities. The SAC provides crisis intervention, advocacy, and support for survivors of sexual violence and their support systems.
